Not that I'm aware of. It disappeared from the 'pending pickup' list and changed back to 'on hold!'@oadesign mine was delivered to dealer an hour ago. Did yours move??
Wow…can’t make this stuff up…Not that I'm aware of. It disappeared from the 'pending pickup' list and changed back to 'on hold!'
I don't recall...was yours 'on hold' previously, too?Wow…can’t make this stuff up…
Yeah, mine changed from on hold to pending pickup the same day as yours. Also sitting in Ayer but going to Bonnell Ford. They had mine and another GTPE delivered to them today. Waiting for a response from the Dealer...with the storm tomorrow and being out of state where they insist on delivering it to the DMV, earliest we can take possession is monday or tuesday but hoping the ETIS site is correct and mine is not on the seatbelt recall and we can see it Saturday and complete the deal...I don't recall...was yours 'on hold' previously, too?
I'm asking because my car was on the 'pending pickup' list from yesterday through first thing this morning, along with 3 other vehicles (an Escape, F150, and Explorer) that were also destined for my dealer.
Then, later this morning, I received an emailing showing that those 3 other vehicles had been picked up. So I logged in and checked United Road, but my car was no longer on the 'pending pickup' list. So I tracked it, only to find its status had changed back to 'on hold.'
Now for a theory that I hope is true: Ford had to initially lift the hold in order for the car to get scheduled to be trucked to the dealer. However, once it was scanned as picked up, they automatically changed its status back to 'on hold,' since the car needs the seatbelt recall performed on it once it arrives at the dealer.
It makes sense to me, but who knows? There isn't much else that makes sense when it comes to the 'who' and 'when' for those who have taken delivery.
It's just a theory, but my ETA is still holding steady at 1/3-1/9, so maybe there's a chance...
That may give my theory some credence...fingers crossed it got picked up. ETIS did flag my VIN for the recall, so who knows?Yeah, mine changed from on hold to pending pickup the same day as yours.
