I don't recall seeing any GT report any updates of any version since GT's started being delivered. Seems like we are paying the price for Blue Cruise and the other system updates Job 2 production came with. Now we are at the back of the line.

You aren’t back of the line, we are playing catch-up to you. With some small exceptions nothing in these updates are better than what your car was delivered with.

Don’t worry, you’ll get your chance to play the OTA waiting game ?

I would hope that it will try again on the next push for this software (i presume in a week or two when they push to people who aren't in the early access program)

Why do you believe it’s related to early access? I’m in early access, the OTA failed for me, and I did not get the screen of death.

I don't believe it's related to early access. I was saying that when they do another push for this software (ie for people not in early access) that I hope his car will try again

The rate of pushes should be increasing. Stay in a cellular friendly location.

Yes. If you look Here almost every person that has 2.3.0 is in early access

There's been numerous users on here who confirm that they've seen updates download on their WiFi network. But there's also users on here who are adamant that they don't go over WiFi.

Clarification here - On each update that Ford sends out, there is a checkbox that says Wi-Fi only. So far none of the updates have had this box checked so they can be downloaded over either. Presumably at some point of the future there will be an update that does require wi-fi, but so far they can be downloaded over either

Yeah the WiFi thing is only if it's required. I'm guessing for larger updates, but these are pretty big already so who knows.
