I did a video tour with ford and none of the features he tried to show me would work, even he said I was missing several updates.
Important clarification, the numbers associated with the power up OTAs are NOT version numbers. They are just reference numbers to that particular update. Each update addresses different modules and each module has its own software version. So for example 1.7.1 and 2.3.0 addressed the same module, the APIM. So you couldnāt get 1.7.1 after 2.3.0. But 1.4 and 1.6 address different modules, so those could come at any time.

Yeah that's the version mine shipped with, but now it's at the latest, I'd say probably just gotta keep waiting. I'd wait before I let a dealer do anything, half of them don't know anything about this car.
Yea but how long. Going on four months with no update, not even a 1.6 jsut nothing. Like my VIN is lost or something. I'm supposed to wait 6 months, a year. Just find it frustrating that they have no way of looking into this further.
If you already got the CSP update, it should have fixed any issues about not receiving updates. But seems like you didn't have that issue since you've already received an update. We're all at the will of Ford servers unfortunately. Definitely something up if you haven't got an update in 6 months though.

I'd been stalled for sure. I'm going in for my 10k next Friday and the service tech promised to see what she could do.
Most, but not all of those are the CSP updates. The DSP update is related to an issue with audio quality that some people had. The APIM update might include the contents of 1.7.1 update, and I'm not sure what the gear shift module update will do.

This is the list officially covered under the CSP program, but if they are willing to run all the modules, that would be ideal. Make sure that they actually run all the modules, in a few cases people are finding that the tech followed the first part of the instruction, which is to update the PCM module first and let it update most of the other modules automatically, but then miss the second part which is that some of the other modules will need to be done individually.
Interesting... Is this an early build vehicle?
