I know there is the option to get the rubber mats for the MME as part of the ordering process, and I added them, but seeing as a lot of us are expecting delivery of our vehicles in the winter, am curious if anyone on the forum has inside knowledge of the communication between Ford and WeatherTech about measuring for floor liners. In my experience, the rubber mats don't do a great job containing snow melt from shoes, and the salt that's in the slush often ends up caking up in the carpet along the edges of the mat. It's a pain in the rear to clean it up if you don't get it right away. Like I read somewhere recently, always treat your car like you're going to sell it eventually and keep it as pristine as possible.

Thanks for the update. I'll need them from the get go in Ontario, CAN with a possible ETA of December. Also winter tires. Any news of rim size & bolt pattern, etc.?

Is the floor for the rear seat flat, no hump? If so, why is the rear mat not covering all the way across?

Those are examples of what is used for the current mustangs, not the MME.

The Ford interior protection package liners look like they cover pretty well and seem to have a lip around them to contain spills/slush. Maybe not as high of an edge as WeatherTech, but may still do a pretty good job?

I ordered them too, but want to see them in the "flesh" (rubber?). We have the Ford ones in my wife's FFE, and they are not nearly as well made as what you get from Weathertech. That being said, I found out over the weekend that I have worn a hole in my weathertechs in my escape at the spot where my right heel rests on the accelerator.

I like having the separate rear mats. I hate those single piece ones that you have to pull out as one and end up dumping crud all over. What about the cargo area. Is the protection package also covering that?

Yes, my understanding is it includes the rear cargo liner too.
