Received this message today from Ford Customer service. I have never set any filters.

“I would have him check the filters he selected also, I had a customer who had some extra filters selected, available/open, may need to be un-check, the charge station is there just in use”

Yeah. There’s no filters selected, the list doesn’t even come up sometimes. Wow, that’s a pretty infuriating response.

The issue has been identified and it has nothing to do with filters or anything on the customer end. Can't say much more at this time but it shouldn't cause any downstream issues. Though it also shouldn't have happened in the first place, so.....

I got this error twice last week. Was going to make a post on it, but got too lazy to ask

Car was at an 88% SoC (need to create another thread about that one...) and there are a TON of chargers in range. I did try to search in the nav app for a charge location and it came up with none. So I would tend to also agree this is a cloud issue. Also just noticed my temp was showing 41 degrees, no way it was 41 degrees lol

Running 2.3.0 as far as I'm aware.

As a proud Grossmont High grad, I can say for sure that it would be a lot of drama if it was 41 in San Diego. I got the same error while plugged in and charging. People have brought up that this is a cloud issue, does anybody know what cloud vendor Ford is using? Also, is anybody in Canada or outside of North America seeing this?

Looks like chargers are gone in Ford Pass too now…. Not great if you need to find a charger! Always have a back up app!

Process of elimination ... if it was just one person then that could be true. If it's happening to the masses then it has to be something in common, which would be likely cloud related, unless we all got some mysterious update that no one knows about and isn't reported - unlikely.

It doesn't mean that the database in the car doesn't have them loaded because I too checked for the chargers and it showed them. It could be the range calculation on their servers isn't correctly calculating distance to chargers, only some Ford engineer could tell us what they f'ed up, but I think it's unlikely that it's localized to the vehicle.

I was on 2.3.whatever and then I got the mystery update and started getting this popup and the sirius xm banner and my sync4 screen is slightly slower now and my update screen says in on 2.1.0

I was on 2.3.whatever and then I got the mystery update and started getting this popup and the sirius xm banner and my sync4 screen is slightly slower now and my update screen says in on 2.1.0

We're getting it on the GT lines as well and we are on a higher sync version that y'all so I don't think that has much to do with it.

They are just sporadic and who the heck knows for sure why it is happening.

I was just about to ask same thing I am like almost 50% There is a charging station like three miles from my home Which also oddly enough I have a charger installed in Hummmm Things that make you go hummmm
