I was called by Autonation Ford Wolfchase earlier today that the MY21 Iconic Silver CA Rt1 was delivered. I took a short test spin in it and liked it alot. Almost enough to NOT let it pass while I wait for the MY22 Grabber Blue Premium ER/AWD to be scheduled. The salespeople are getting a lot of calls inquiring on the long delivery times - obviously not their fault.

I'm told my order is prioritized, but is the most difficult to get scheduled (popular). I'll keep on keeping on ?.

I’m just offering a data point. I originally ordered on 8/12/21, was rolled to MY22 by Ford, added color change on 9/27/21. It was scheduled for production early in Dec, then late in Dec, then 1/3 and finally 1/10. It was in production on 1/19/22, and put on chip hold.
The current estimated delivery is June 13.

Order on Oct 4, prem AWD / ER. No news. Asked dealer what my priority is, and no news there as well.....

I'm formulating plan B / browsing other cars at this point.

I ordered in Oct to ensure I would get a 2022 model, but I could have ordered in August. I wanted to get the car by May 2022 and thought that Oct orders would be safe.... it's what they say about assuming I guess.

That is my hope, if my build date holds. I am happy to have one, but every time I heard of a plant closing I fear the worst.

My dealership said they got information directly from Ford that my car had a build date last Thursday, but it's still not updated on my Ford account a week later so who knows at this point.... I made him confirm that it was in fact my car and he said it was.

YES! Just checked Ford.com account and see that I'm scheduled for production week of 4/11! ? ? Haven't seen an email from Ford yet but that's ok.

Dealer texted this week with a VIN number and week of April 4th build date.

Dealer expects the vehicle to arrive at the dealership by the end of April

My dealership said they got information directly from Ford that my car had a build date last Thursday, but it's still not updated on my Ford account a week later so who knows at this point.... I made him confirm that it was in fact my car and he said it was.

I got a build week of 4/11. So geeked up.

I am a Premium eAWD ER ordered thru a dealer on 10/1. Got initial production date of 3/7 on 2/3 but just got THE email changing to 3/14. I’m good with that. It is real.

April of 2022 or April 2023?

In all seriousness, I would be hopeful for end of April, but I would plan for end of May. Most timelines I’ve seen say to plan about 2 months or so.

On Premium MME AWD, ER in DMG, ordered 8/5/21, had a scheduled built week of 1/10/22, with a delivery date of 2/17/22. Our dealer confirmed our car has been built, but it's sitting somewhere?

New delivery date: 5/18/22! Unbelievable.
