I apologize if this has been answered already but is there any benefit to going into a dealer and ordering as opposed to ordering online? For example, can any negotiations on pricing be done in the store? Or is that able to be done during the time of pickup?

Yes. Many customers got burnt by greedy dealers not honoring promises made at order time. I would go in person to the store, negotiate the deal, get a signed contract with out the door pricing + dora (pricing sheet) and pay a deposit or offer to do so. The ability to track online is not that great anyway. I’d recommend researching the dealer on this site (maybe others?) to see what others have to say. Good luck.

Have you changed the ride features? 2022 Premium of mine has 3 ride types. And when you charge it to 100% what miles total reads? 303 is the quote for my extended range RWD but 276 shows at 100%. Thank you.

I played around with the 3 when I first bought the car. I like unbridled because of the different screen look..I’m shallow that way haha. My driving style is mostly efficient. I haven’t seen anyone post experiences of improved bounce control with one ride mode over another. I hope it’s something they can improve through software updates.

No signed agreement - I know this dealer network well - we bought lots of cars from them in the past and they have stated in emails and phone calls they do not ADM or accessorize/junk/fluff add ons.

I would have gone to my Lightning dealer (different than MME) but at the time I was looking for a dealer, they were upcharging for the MME so I decided to go with Norm Reeves Ford...

Congratulations! MME 2022 arrived for me July 19 $7500 federal offset - ordered a 2023 Lightning last week after a Ford corporate email - still goes through the local dealer. Next year Ford corporate said orders will be direct without a dealer except for delivery/MSRP payment.
