115 kW charging on the Select, 150 kW charging on the rest.
There are multiple interpretations of the DCFC charging speed specs provided by Ford. I think we don't have a conclusion on whether 115/150kw is based on SR/ER or Select/Premium yet.

Maybe there's new information that settles this matter, which I'm not aware of?

No, you are right there is still some uncertainty. However, it seems clear the Select SR is only 115 and the Premium ER and CA Route 1 are 150. Premium SR I'm not really sure.

Sorry to disappoint you, but ID.4 has a start/stop button. See attached picture.

I remember reading somewhere that the car automatically start/stop. But you can also opt to turn that off and use the button. But I could be wrong.

I don't mind that it has a button. But it says ENGINE on it?! That seems like an oversight.
