Well, the dealers cannot fix it and they should have told you that at least since February.Car has been to dealer service 3 times in the last 6-8 weeks, each time with an explicit requirement that they fix the OTA lockup caused by the 1.7.1 update hang and that they update the software to the latest.
Ford is the problem, not the dealer. They can't invent a fix without a procedure from Ford.
Right now, we only have rumors of a fix which isn't confirmed yet. We gotta wait some more.
