Thank you @Old Fashioned and @RickMachE. Called and my dealer says shipping between Apr 1- Apr 7 but i am highly doubtful, since the tracker on shop.ford.com used to show an estimated date of Apr 20-May 5 (the tracker is down this morning and doesnt show the status page). They have multiple systems that don't show consistent data and its messed up :(

As a reminder, for those of you picking up your cars. don't pay the extra $2000 if your 2021 orders were 'automatically upgraded' by Ford to 2022 orders. See this thread for instructions: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/price-protection.14010/
I asked my dealer and he initially pretended not to know anything about this price protection. When I pressed and told him I am happy to come to the dealership with the print out, he finally confirmed that this price protection is applicable for orders placed prior to Dec 7th 2021 (please check exact date) and they will take care of it when I pick up my car. He also mentioned that this $2000 price protection is SEPARATE and in addition to the $750 rebate that Ford had sent in an email when they upgraded our orders.

Ford systems do talk to each other, but sometimes they need to upgrade the Dixie cups and strings to new strings, or repaired cups.

My main frustration right now is that I will need to travel about 1100 miles to pick up my E Pony. If I had access to better tracking info I could better plan for the pick up. Yes, I’ve been given a 6 day window of when it is expected to arrive but given all the postings of changes I’m taking that with a grain of salt. I hate this feeling of being unable to make plans. I’ve had that for two years now with the pandemic.

Unsure if these remain accurate with the reorganization, but here is contact info

Hrm. So the Primary Contact's last name is Brownell. Mine too. Maybe I should try to hit him up.

Does he really have the second "l" truncated from his email address? Weird.

And the other one is named...Ford? I'm guessing that's a bot.

PS -- My 2021 Mach-E, ordered 5/15/21, is en route somewhere between Kansas City and Encinitas, CA.

Thought I'd throw out another data point, as I finally got a response from my dealer re: the VVR:

My Mach E is sitting on Ramp 5J in Mexico, still awaiting shipment. Timeframe (to NorCal) is currently scheduled for April 23rd - April 29th.

Ordered 7/19/21. Batch 3611.

Your dealer has to run it. I've asked for it several times, and I get one line back, not the multi-line others get.

Yours is almost exactly like mine. January build,March 1st ”build complete” Delivery estimated 3/17-24. As of 3/22 I have delay rail carrier Santa Rit. Estimated delivery 4/12-18. I’ll check the VVR tomorrow and let you know the status.

You probably already know this but when they pull up the VVR they only get one line (most current) but they can expand for the whole report.

Similar situation. Sales manager was out when I picked up my Mach-E on 2/26 so they wouldn't honor the Price Protection. I accepted delivery, but documented that they owed me the PP refund.
Met with Sales Manager last week and picked up the PP "refund" check yesterday. This was Gaudin Ford in Las Vegas.

My email to Brad Brownell:

Good morning,

My name is Craig -redacted-, and I am (hopefully) a soon to be 2022 Mustang Mach E owner. My order number is -redacted-, with my VIN being -redacted-. I wanted to write to you to express my excitement, yet consistent frustration with my ordering experience.

I placed my order on September 13th 2021, after having a fantastic test drive experience at the -redacted- dealership in -redacted-,TX. I just fell madly in love with the car, and driving it was unlike driving any other EV.

Eventually I was able to get my build week assigned to me of January 10th, and everything seemed to have been going well. I was active in the Mach E forums, talking with others on either mine or different build weeks and how the experience had been. On January 7th, all estimated deliveries were pushed many months in advance, citing to be a chip-hold (once I called Ford Customer Care to confirm). Some short time after this hold also occurred, it seemed to be confirmed that the foot activated liftgate for the 2022 builds had been removed, however Ford did not tell me this, nor compensate me for it, it was actually others on the forums that had confirmed it to be true. I started to feel a bit cheated at that moment to be honest, but I still held on hope.

On March 11th, I received the great news that my chip hold had been released, and my car was now built. Mind you, during this time, I was watching SO many 2022 deliveries be built, and shipped while I was on chip hold. GTs, GTPEs, Premiums, and Standards were all just being built and shipped right out; even my dealership confirmed that someone had gotten ahead of me. Nevertheless, I was happy to find out I was built.

Now, things seem to have gotten worse. It's April 1st today, and I still haven't had a shipment notification. Customers in the March build group HAVE shipment notifications along with their built email. February customers had gotten their Mustang Mach Es already. I completely fail to understand how this prioritization is working, because I would think that cars on chip hold would be first to get to their customers; but it seems to be first built, first shipped, rest later.

This really isn't the experience I have imagined. I bought a bunch of merch from the Ford store for the Mach E, and have been a consistent Kia and Honda owner in the past. This is my first Ford, and honestly, the experience has not been so great.

I'm concerned about price protection that my dealership (my model went significantly up in price) will have to do, as they don't seem really equipped for it, and I am also concerned that they will not be ready to help with the Ford Options pricing, as most dealerships seem to push standard financing. There aren't even some features that I originally ordered as well like the foot activated liftgate, and acoustic glass. All of this, while my car still hasn't even shipped.

I don't expect much of an answer, nor much help as I feel it may be rude to ask for anything from someone like yourself, but I wanted to make sure that you knew that you understood what I had been going through; and trust me, searching the forums you will find I am nowhere near alone.

If there's any way you can help, that would be great. If there isn't, that's okay. As long as you hear my feedback and think of the future, that's the least I can ask for.

Thank you, and feel free to talk anytime.

Mine is batch 3565, 107/300 and no ship.
My order batch is also 3565 (71/300). Ford Motor Company estimated delivery 3-19 to 3-25. Per my dealer, car was scheduled to arrive on 3-29 and the latest ETA is April 5. Hopefully my GTPE is delivered to my dealer next Tuesday. My original order was placed 6-29-21.

No change on the VVR today. Still delay rail carrier. I'm sending an email to Brad Brownell now too.
