But if you click on the pdf in that communication, it will tell you which modules are updated with which Power-up. None include the OBCC.Pretty sure BC OTA updates bring 21P22 changes as well, it’s in TSB
Thought I saw in another doc OBCC is touched, so many docs haha, really hope I don’t have to hound my dealer to make sure they actually do the update rightBut if you click on the pdf in that communication, it will tell you which modules are updated with which Power-up. None include the OBCC.

I don’t think you can.Where do you find the latest installed software?
That just shows what they attempted, not what was successful. If you go back, ask them to print the list of software updates that are still available when they’re done. This is what they gave me.
I had not thought of that. I will ask for that next time. I just sent the Service director an email and he has already responded and they said they would take care of my issue. They service manager is suppose to call me shortly. Thanks for your helpThat just shows what they attempted, not what was successful. Ford is involved (I think) because you engaged with CS. I believe CS will contact your dealer, if you provided that information to them of course. That is a good thing. The dealer will be more responsive if they know Ford is monitoring the situation. So the service manager called me back and we are to meet Friday morning and they will do the updates on the spot. He said if that doesn't correct my problem they will get Ford involved.
I only heard back from one guy and he wanted to know if I wanted to change dealers. Since then not a word from CS even though I requested additional help a month ago on our conversation thread on this forum. I hope it gets fixed. Ask for the FDRS print out showing available software updates, like @generaltso suggested, when they are done so you can confirm they did update everything.
Good luck! I think this time you will get what you need, and the faster 80% charge.
Did he get your VIN? They usually ask for that. Then they can associate the CS report with your car. At least that is what I think is happening behinds the scenes. If that happens, I think, just my theory, the dealer sees it. You can also tell your dealer that you asked Ford for help. If you can get the case number from them, it might be good to have to share with your dealer.I only heard back from one guy and he wanted to know if I wanted to change dealers.
