When you look at ordertrack.app, it says the origin is Kansas City. So I wonder if the car does not show up on that site until it gets to KC from Mexico. Is the only way to track it from Mexico to KC the CSX phone number?

FYI,
I never received a 'Shipped' email.
Ford.com portal still says 'Built' with an estimated delivery of April 2 to April 8
Ford.com does not say 'Shipped'
Shop.Ford tracking has a checkmark next to 'Built' with a date of March 9
Shop.Ford tracking does not have a checkmark next to Shipped and no date
Shop.Ford tracking does say shipped in the header
Pals has never changed from Origin Jacksonville and freight number has remained the same
VVR shows Veracruz VE - Delay Convoy Carrier
Dealer has been good with VVR info but didn't know about my shipment schedule

Moral of the story, if you're coming by ship, I doubt the Ford sites are useful to track the shipment of your MME. You'll get better info from the Forum users and the shipping company direct. I'm guessing I'll get a 'Shipped' email once the trucking company picks up my pony from the port????

Mine said my order date was December, but I ordered it in May 2021.

I think this is a Ford database issue.

One one part of the ford.com reservation page says I ordered the car on August 23 (correct).

On the ford.com tracking page it says 9/27 (not correct).

My car was "built" (except for chips) on January 15.

The car was completed on March 18th.

The car was shipped April 7 and is currently scheduled to arrive between 5/2-5/8.

Build group 3565.

My VVR had the ship info but this was from Seattle to Anchorage. Interesting thing was my Mach showed up in Anchorage on the 5th and not delivered yet but I did check the tracker and it stated that it had been delivered to the dealer. Turned out that the system, at least here in Alaska, shows delivered when the trucking company picks up the car. Should be delivered tomorrow. Just sharing info - no complaints on my part.

My Shipping info is very similar but my Freight ID number is lower. Today Ford said my pony is corralled in Laredo, TX. Still have delivery ETA of 4-13 - 4-19 to Iowa. I’m assuming trucked from KC. Only have 11 with similar status.

Called Kansas City Southern today and was told by a very nice lady that the KCS rail car carrying my MME is/was in Shreveport, Louisiana and should be in Kansas City the 13th. My Estimated Delivery window is 4-13 to 4-19 to Iowa.
