I found the VVR to be the most accurate to inform me where my vehicle was located. Some long periods of time with no change and that was because there was no change! I found the ETA on the VVR to be bogus from day 1. There is another report that the sales manager receives for all vehicles on order. It gives status information that I found slightly less accurate that the VVR but it’s ETA date never changed and turned out to be accurate to the day! I also saw a copy of the invoice the dealer receives when the car is built. On the Invoice it had a Transit time of 66 days which also turned out to be accurate. I just checked the VVR once a week. Just my experience. I enjoyed tracking it along the way but did not expect it to arrive any sooner; although, I was hoping! Have not received an e-mail yet but it is at the dealership getting final inspection. Actually already sat in it and checked it out for and cuts and bruises!

I was successfully in obtaining the following info from Ford, in line with what others are saying:

• My car arrived at Junction point in Laredo, TX. Would not tell me the exact date.
• ETA of Apr-24-2022 to Northern VA.

My ship email date was 4/8 with a ETA of 4/18 - 4/24, batch number 3565.

I just chatted with Ford. (meaning ford.com chat function). The last VVR I had showed the car (4/8) is on rail car KCS 008276. The person on the chat confirmed that my car arrived at Junction Point in Laredo, TX on 4/11/2022. She has no visibility for when I will get it, but she said I should by 5/8. The website says 5/2-5/8 to So Cal.

It's currently located at Laredo, TX anticipated to be delivered at your ordering Ford Dealership on Apr-18-2022."

Okay, now I have crossed over from grumpy to ticked off. The last communication from Ford, said my Mach E was built and will arrive by 4/11, that was last month. 4/11 comes and goes and according to the Ordertrack.app my car is still "pending" So yesterday, Ford send me another email saying my new delivery date is April 15-21. So why would they send out an update if they know it is not true, if the car is still in Mexico and not shipped no way it is getting to me in a couple of days (Chicago suburbs) Is Ford trying to piss off its customers. Just tell me the truth, this BS just makes me mad and not want to buy another Ford.

Thanks to all for the chat insight. A group of us appear to be on the same train. My shipped email was 4/9 at 1 AM and they just told me it has made it to Junction Point, Laredo, TX. My arrival to SoCal is still listed as 4/24-4/30, but I think May is more likely.

Update, my car is finally in the USA! It's in Laredo, TX on it's way to Shreveport LA via KCS railroad, expected to arrive there on the 14th. I was able to get the railcar number from the VVR via Ford chat.

Travel path seems to align with this post.

VVR says dealership arrival 15-21st, but I feel like it will be actually arrive about 2-3 weeks from now around the end of the month.

FYI ordertrack.app and Palsapp both say pending still, I don't think those will show a change until it gets to Kansas City.

How do you track KCS???

On the Ford.com app, click on “customer service“ and then on “contact us “…there #hould be an option to “CHAT”…that’s how I get in.

What is ironic is that those of us on the MachE forum have better info than Ford. I guess I was just venting this morning. Cheaper than psychotherapy
