My dealer didn't include my email address or physical address on the Machdrop order so ProgramHQ called me on 9/16 to get the info. Call the 800 number and verify your info.I guess I'm the only one with nada... probably my dealer didn't enter an email address on the order.
There aren't that many total. I would think all the FE's will run and then ship more or less at the same time. probably the plan all along.
I didn't get one either. Oh ... wait ... I didn't do #machdrop. That's probably why. Hope everyone has theirs confirmed soon.
Yep. Based on what our resident insider has said, supposedly all production will stack up on the plant lots until OKTB is given (Nov 23 was the last date we heard), then shipping can begin on rail transport direct from the rail spur at the plant. Lot capacity looks between 3000-4000. Maybe 350 vehicles per train (going by the 30-railcar capacity at the loading spur). If they can do one train per day (just a pure guess on that), should take about a week to ship out 2000 FEs (which is a guesstimate we heard at one point for the US).
Typically upon delivery, just as though you were buying off the lot. At least that's my assumption.
Nothing official. The hints I've read here suggested 100-200 Machdrops. And maybe ~4000 total FEs worldwide, ~2000 for North America. But that's very fuzzy and anything but dependable.
As long as you have an order you should be OK - your dealer should be able to see the confirmation around mid october if the communications seen so far hold true - not much time left as they need to be building real production units soon
