None of that should take anywhere near two months. But if they have kept it that long, you would certainly think they could have done the software updates by now.

It doesn't show that no updates were done. But it shows there are a lot of updates that weren't done.

Saying 1: took time to get parts in.
2: not able to get the glass recall done.
3: took time to get software updated

It looks like they did a handful of updates on 4/7. None were attempted before or since. They also de-energized the high voltage system on that day. That seems odd, unless maybe it's required to replace the half shaft.

Some of them, but the didn't do them all. It looks like they probably stopped at quitting time and then just never went back and finished them. This is what they did the one day they appeared to work on it:
