I might have the option to buy a GT (non-PE) for MSRP from out of town so will have to ship it otherwise around me I was going to get a Premium for $5 ADM.

Is this a no brainer? I have not driven the GT and like the look and feel of the premium. I am concerned about ground clearance on the GT I have come from only taller SUVs never had a short sedan.

I am assuming the resale value of a GT at MSRP vs Premium at +5k is a no brainer as well?

Not all GTs have all the features that come in the Premium. But if it has everything you want, go for it.

What else is missing? This comes with the blue cruise and pano roof.

Depends on Premium with what options. AWD? Extended Battery? If its fully loaded, then I would most def consider the GT. Premium RWD SR + $5k is still much lower than GT so cost/value wise its are harder call.

Yea comparing a Premium Extended battery AWD to a GT AWD With Pano and BlueCruise. Anything that would be different between the two besides the GT features?

I have a little over 3000 miles on my Rally Red GT. It is the perfect grocery getter. I throw my road bike in the back without removing the wheels three times a week. Easy to drive, familiar controls, and SEG quick to 60, and my frame of reference is BMW M and Audi S cars. Negatives: suspension can be rough over bad roads and it’s a slug above about 80mph. Range is as advertised but it’s not a factor as I don’t take it cross country. That’s what the S5 is for. Oh and it gets more (positive) attention than any car I’ve ever owned. You have to decide if that’s a pro or a con.

I just compared window stickers and one thing that is odd that is left off is windshield de-icer? Otherwise with the addition of blue cruise and pano roof nothing else sticks out?

Any issues with ground clearance that worries me I will have snow to deal with as well at times.

Just tell me where the GT is and I'll buy it if you're waffling. :) The would be a threesome for me.

If the GT has the Panoramic Roof and Co-Pilot 360/Active 2.0, there are not a lot of other options. It is pretty comparable to a pretty loaded Premium. The prices of the two cars should be pretty much the same if the Premium has a $5K ADM. To me, it would be a no-brainer to get the GT and pay shipping or go on a little vacation and pick it up. ??

Brakes and suspension are better on the GT also.

Like most speed bumps - its not fun when you don't see one and you're going to fast and that can can be a bit harsh - if you take them slow then no - but the car is heavy and there is some bounce to it on roads that are not entirely smooth - but love driving mine (GT).

The GT-PE has the bigger brakes. The Premium and the GT have the same brakes other than the painted calipers. Ford’s original slicks were either wrong or Ford decided to decontent the GT after they published specs and all of those marketing slicks. ??
