If you received this email you’re in the next group to get Blue Cruise via OTA. When I received the EA email back in March, it was 3 to 4 weeks before I received all the updates. There are 7 OTAs and then Blue Cruise is enabled. Good luck to all.
Well I might ordinarily agree but some of us have had BlueCruise for a month via EA and still got the email today.

I got this email yesterday, along with two different OTAs. The first was 2.8.2, which said it was Bluecruise. The second was 2.6.0, which said it added stuff I already had, like speed sign recognition and the blocks/tiles games. Went for a drive and I finally do have functioning bluecruise, more than a year after buying the car.

Got the same email just now! How long you all think we have to wait now until the updates start coming? I think the last update of any kind came about 2 months ago for me
same here, I didn't receive any updates from last 2 months...

I have also received the same email. I dropped my mache yesterday at dealership for software update recal. Hopefully i get it soon ..
I'm working with the dealership now on an update of about 10 or more things fdrs shows need updated on my mme. I don't think I'm eligible for Blue Cruise as I have a select model.. But.....how long did it take them to do your updates?

I also have not received it and I live in Canada. I asked my Canadian Ford dealer and they said the Ford dealers are not doing Blue Cruise updates for job 1 cars. It’s only a US thing. So looks like we may wait for several more months.
I hope that isn't the case, I don't see why they would need to wait in rolling out BlueCruise for Canada if the highways are already mapped.

Got it also. Due for 10K mile service soon. If don’t get OTA by then, I’ll have them download. Can only hope!

I got the email yesterday and already had an appointment at the dealer today for trouble shooting some Sync issues. The service manager wrote down the Blue Cruise update, we shall see what happens. He was moaning about how long it takes to do these updates and about having to restart the process several times.

You need the Tech package with your select to get BC on that tier

There are many threads discussing this.

Make sure their FDRS is updated.
Make sure they do follow the directions, which are 5 pages long, including installing the BlueCruise maps before finishing, and then driving it on a BC road.

As tempting as it is to go to the dealer, I'm going to wait for the OTA. If Ford has it finally figured out, I think it would be a far more enjoyable experience compared to the dealer trying to do the update.
