My vehicle shows a long list of modules, but has been stuck as “in production” since 5/27.
No clue as to what’s going on with it.

Batch 6074, 15/305

I'm in the same predicament. Same batch (6074) and same "In Production" date. The current speculation is that Ford is holding Mach-E's now to ensure we get the HVBJB issue resolved. There is a different chip they are going to be using. With the information I've been seeing with Ford pushing back builds 2 - 4 weeks. I'm thinking we should get some moving next week or the following week.

Blue Note has made it to KC MO! Still on track for delivery by June 25th. ??

May be that I didn't get the HVBJB fix - but I hope I did.

From what I’ve seen on the other posts it looks like there is a new part number that just started for the HVBJB. Any replacements that were done before were using the same part so the same issue could happen again. If there’s a new part any replacement with the new part should hopefully solve the problem.
No one knows what the hold up is. I’ve heard before that people on chip hold know that it’s on a chip hold. Idk if anyone on this hold knows why there’s a hold. Sounds good that yours got out before the hold up though.

We do. Multiple people with 2 occurrences of the defect (meaning, they are on their 3rd junction box) and one person with 3 occurrences.

It seems pretty likely (IMHO) that the factory is waiting for hard-to-find parts related to the HVBJB issue. It might be awhile until our cars are built.

Same. I am in batch 6133. RT 1 with 5/23 production date but zero movement since. The one time my dealer called me many months ago he asked if I would be willing to wait on a piece of software so that it would get produced sooner. Guess that did not matter. I feel like 6133 Batch froze.

I really wish Ford would do a better job communicating what the holdup is. If this holdup is indeed for the new HVBJB, I'd be much more patient. But if I knew this was just an ordinary chip hold or parts shortage, I'd save myself another 2+ months of hair pulling and just find one on a lot at this point. My wife's car has to go back in 3 weeks (lease) so every week that passes with no Mach-E movement is another week of figuring out transportation for her. My dealer has been great, but I'm seriously considering shopping lot cars. There's 2 within a few hours of me that are identical to our build.

Norfolk southern says my train car is in east Decatur Illinois. Feels like it's moving like molasses. Can't imagine still waiting for production to finish while so many of us have shipped. Sorry for all your woes.

But I ordered in July 2021 so I don't feel THAT bad lol ?

I wouldn't feel badly if I were you, either, but I'll probably be in your position in about three months. In general it seems like Ford has been good about getting the majority of vehicles to people within a year of the initial order, but lately there have been a lot of stories where it's been 11 months of waiting... cutting it really close. I had originally figured it would have been nine months, but at this rate - especially accounting for shipping times to Hawaii - September is starting to look more realistic, which would put me in the 11 month wait time.

But you know what? Given the way things have been, 11 months? I'll take it! Better than 13 or 14...

I ordered in Oct 2021 and should have mine delivered by end of June - 9 + months. My wife and I were spoiled as all 3 of our children were born about 2 weeks early! ? ? ? ? ?

It was changing the Active Park Assist to the Prep kit which from my sticker I can see they did. Based on everything I am reading throughout the forum I am guessing batch 6133 is on hold for another reason

Departed on flat car from Peru Indiana just an hour ago.

Having the rail number is very nice

Now has departed Alliance Ohio as of about 7am this morning. Wonder where it will be off to next.

Curious the route it will take and how much "flat car" vs train it will be on for the rest of the journey.

Still can't imagine it will take nearly 4 more weeks to arrive to my dealer. Alliance OH is only 5 hours away from me
