Well, my MME was delivered to my dealer today. Unfortunately, it's part of the safety recall ? just a little while longer...

For what it's worth, I ordered a Tesla Model 3 RWD back in December 2021, around the same time as my Mach-E Select order, and the estimated delivery date for the Model 3 keeps getting pushed back. Was supposed to be May, then June, then July, then August... now it just shows "TBD."

So even with the software update, it's looking like the Mach-E will arrive before the Model 3.

Anyone else on TTGX983302 to the Bay Area?

sukhoi_584th, have you gotten a update? I am not from this build week but I have same Railcar # TTGX983302 going to Nor Cal. Ford ETA 7/4-7/10. As of last Wednesday train was still in Vaughn, NM.

My estimate was 7/13-7/19. It’s already in Richmond. Means it’ll be at the dealer within days… but also this means nothing because of the recall. Hah

You're saying TTGX983302 is in Richmond? @ycking I haven't messaged the BNSF guy yet to track the car so you have better info than me. Just checked ford.com and it's still saying 7/7-7/13 delivery. nhtsa.gov site as expected says my VIN has the recall, though ford.com says no recall. I'm sure it has it, so come on Ford fix your kludged together IT.

Well my Pony made it to the dealership last night, now I'm like a kid that has been in a candy shop for 7 months and not once able to touch one candy until now....can touch but can't eat it just yet?

I was just informed that my Mach E has made it to San Diego on railcar BNSF314617. It will be delivered to my dealer by the end of next week. Not sure why it takes so long to get to the dealer from the rail yard. But, it doesn't matter since we are all still waiting for the recall fix to be released to the dealers. Ford chat still has no idea as to when the recall fix will be released to the dealers.

Just got a new update on Railcar # TTGX983302, it has made it to Barstow, CA as of last night. Ones it makes it out of Barstow (which is experiencing a lot of delays) it will probably be at the dealer within week or so.

One thing that made me roll my eyes and here's a caveat emptor for all: if the dealership offers to go ahead and order your license plates, ask if there's an extra charge. Pretty sure I could put plates on my car at the Secretary of State office for less than the $300.00 this little convenience added to my purchase price. Live and learn I guess. If that's all the ADM they got outa me I can live with it. But remember this mantra that I momentarily forgot: "Great! But is there an extra charge for that?"

Well I guess I should walk this critique back a bit. Dealership gave me an official registration and a new temporary window sticker yesterday to replace the one that expires in a couple days, to use while waiting for the state of MI to send the metal license plate. Turns out the registration and vanity plate for this car cost the dealership $385, and they charged me $300.

I sure hope you all get your cars soon folks. 750 miles of commuting and errands on mine and the honeymoon has surely not worn off. It will be very much worth the wait, I promise!
