Just hit one full year! Just the roof/windshield recall that was fixed as promised and to perfection! Absolutely the best vehicle I've ever had.??

2 and a half months, 2000 miles, no issues.

I have a Juicebox 40 (several years old). I had one charge fault literally the first charge I ever did when I brought it home. I think the car had just confused itself about the charge % limit I had set. Never did it again.

I don't use PaaK.

I have a few really minor software glitches I see occasionally:
- Android Auto connection problems, but those seem to be more the phone's fault than the car's. I'd guess one out of ten times it fails to connect to the car. It might also have something to do with the being in my pocket rather than sitting in the phone area below the screen (it does still happen when the phone is there, but maybe less).
- Every once in a while the 360 camera doesn't display when backing up and I get the little radar with lines display. No idea why. Happens maybe twice a month so that's gotta be like 1% of the time.
- Yeah sometimes the center screen is a little slow. But it is not nearly as bad as the forums made me think it was going to be.

I'm not having problems with mine. Because it hasn't been delivered yet. As of today it's officially missed it's delivery date. Grrrr

12,000 miles and still drive it like I stole it. No major issues, just minor software glitches once and a while. It's definitely the best car I have ever owned, and I would buy it again.

I’ve had a few relatively minor issues, but none that weren’t fixed by one visit to the dealer. Glass recalls, etc.
The only exceptions are a few annoying Sync bugs that I haven’t even bothered the dealer with because they seem to be common and will only be fixed by software updates that are not yet available.
Nothing that’s persistent or gives me pause about using the car the way I want to.

My list is the same as @Kamuelaflyer. Only a PaaK failure, once - and to be fair, that was after setting up a new iPhone using the phone-to-phone method, and not iCloud to phone. As soon as I reset and restored from iCloud and recreated my PaaK, zero issues persisted.

April 21 Premium EX AWD 11K miles. Recall for windshield which went without a hitch. Stuck on 1.7.1 for 6 months. OTA working fine, updates for BC. Love the Mach E.

It feels like the vehicle and the technology are not ripe yet. A bunch of minor glitches and inconveniences. But rather then that the car is greate

‘21 GTPE, just hitting 6 months and 7,700 miles. No issues and really really love the car. I’ve been using PAAK exclusively for about 4 months and I’m patient with it. Sometimes have to hit the door button a few times before it unlocks and I have the headlight “on” glitch that happens every so often.

Being in Texas, I hope your car doesn’t have to go all the way to KC just to come back. The wait is the worst.

I frequently visit this forum, and constantly, I see cars have bricked, there are recalls that only provide software update but not hardware update, charging issues, and easy damage to body of the car issues… I’m sure there are more issues to list, but this is what came to mind instantly. I even saw someone that said they were backing out of their order because they know that the cars are not being made correctly, thus the recalls and such…
That being said, has there been anyone without issues? I ask because 50K+ is steep for something that doesn’t sound reliable. Every time I get on here, there is a new fear that I could be making a mistake.
Someone please share some good!
I think that a lot of people, myself included, had a cold feet phase while waiting for the ordered car. Looking back, I would recommend a younger me not to read the forum at all, or at least avoid all problem threads.

Regarding the question - I have the car only for 8 months, didn't have any catastrophic problems, but experience some software-related hiccups almost on a daily basis. Nothing that consistently doesn't work, but stops from time to time - Android Auto doesn't connect or disconnects in the middle of the drive, passenger door doesn't open until the driver's door is opened, trip miles are not getting reset, "key not found" message pops up after the car was successfully started with PAAK. If your tolerance for small and insignificant things like that is low and if you think that you will not be able to ignore it and laugh it off - this car is not for you.

11 months in, just over 10k miles.

Car has been perfect.

Remember that forums are where people come to complain.

Remember that these forums are populated by a small subset of the MME owners and most of us here tend to fall into one of a few categories - technical people that want to know how everything works and get into the nuts and bolts of each software release, people with issues wanting to vent or find solutions, and people waiting for their deliveries and usually getting impatient. Few of us are your typical drivers out there loving their cars with nothing to say.

As for your post... Define "problems" - occasionally my Apple CarPlay doesn't link up (10 seconds to power cycle the system fixes that) and twice my headlights have gone from auto mode to the on state. It's a high-tech car and I expected some early bugs, so I don't really consider these unexpected issues.

Otherwise, it's an incredible car. I traded a 2019 BMW X3 for this and was pretty worried about stepping down from the BMW quality level but it's been completely worth it. It's a solid car, drives beautifully, and I love driving it.

If I had a complaint, it's that I tend to be an introvert in person and I keep having strangers stop to talk to me about my car.
