Just a couple of days after posting on here how much I love my car and have had no issues.

Sitting out of the car currently waiting for a tow. My dealership says they won’t even be able to look at it until the 1st.

i have the directions for how to tow printed out but I’m still nervous the tow driver will mess up “my baby” somehow.

ooooohhh nooooooze! Is your car nose-in in a parking spot? Make sure you turn off the car and don't have anything on until the tow truck is there -- you want to make sure your 12V stays charged to get it in tow mode.

Roll down your drivers window, and if you can quickly, turn off your "walk away lock" if that's on. (settings > vehicle > locks > walk away lock > disable). You don't want that locking your car. Make sure your key FOB is in your pocket if you can and don't leave it in the car.

Winch points are only under the front of the car, two holes you can see if you look under the nose.

Good luck, keep us posted.

Less urgently -- do you have the recall software on your car? You shouldn't be getting a SSN if you do.

Can you send me your VIN via DM? Include the dealer you'll be taking the car to.

Also, refer to the "PLEASE READ" section of this post and create a case with Ford immediately so that they can expedite the diagnosis and repair.

Sorry to see this. If there are other Ford dealers nearby, I’d suggest you call their service departments to see if you can get your vehicle addressed sooner and if so, have the tow truck take it there. Three weeks is far too long for a bricked car.

It’s parked nose first but there’s no cars parked either side.

There is one confirmed post recall update SSN/stuck contactor and one more possible.

I am getting my MME towed tomorrow. My 12 v battery is completely dead with just 19 miles on the car. When I try to jump start the battery the car will not allow me to put it in tow mode. The system thinks I'm "moving" and has the towing option grayed out. The car is in the garage on top of that. I have the print out for towing instructions ready. I told Ford road side assistance to make sure they tell the towing company to bring the dolly to roll the car out of the garage and on to the flat bed. A shot out to the generous folks in the forum who have reached out to assist!

Sides don’t matter. The winch points are under the front of the car. If you are nose in, they can’t winch you up onto the flat bed. You will either need to push the car in order to turn it around or get a tow truck that has wheel dollies. ??

It will probably make it easier to push back and angle to get a flatbed in there or dollies perhaps if there's room on both sides.

We put it in tow mode and pushed it back to the middle of the parking lot so having the room on either side helped
I would also reach out to Ford so they can open a case for you either through here via DM or calling the 800 number and asking for the BEV team. Let them know what your dealer told you about the wait time and ask if there is anything they can do to help out.
