Yeah, I’ve had the same experience. I have a visit with the service department scheduled for the 26th so hopefully I’ll have some more information then.
any updates? I’m ready to bring my car into a dealer about this

My dealer said all they could do without seeing it actively happen was re-do the customer satisfaction software download and see if that fixed it. They said it’s about 13hrs in total, and they have been running them much slower than what the timing says because they were nervous to do it. I decided to skip the redo of the software and see if I can get the car to them while it’s happening some time.

So brought my car into dealership today... they didn't have time to play with it all day (short staffed and only 1 EV tech... sigh)

They pulled diagnostics though and told me they opened a case with ford about it. They identified the following diag codes...
- B115E - Camera Module
- B15E1 - Driver LED
- B15E2 - Passenger LED
-U3000 - Control Module

Symptoms i'm having:
-BC Randomly deactivates with "resume control". Most times it'll quickly flash an error like "Driver Monitor Camera cannot detect face", or "Front camera fault" or "driver monitor camera fault" and then BC will quickly reactivate. Other times it'll just kill BC and only do adaptive speed... a couple times "resume control" won't turn off and I have to pull over and turn the car on and off again.

Any of the really smart people in this forums have any thoughts?!

What happened with your car? I'm getting the resume control, BC unavailable, and then driver monitoring camera blocked. It resumes a bit after and then does it again, just keeps repeating. I've not gotten it where resume control doesn't turn off yet. I just found the SSM about this, clearing the codes and moving on, but wanting to see what happened with you. Thanks!

Coax cable to the eye monitor nanny camera?
I ask because my wife’s car just started doing this yesterday. Every symptom described here.

I've been getting the driver camera fault every time I turn on blue cruise for a couple of weeks. I just continue on without blue cruise. No other errors.

No it’s in the headliner. Tied to the actual forward facing camera

Just to update this thread,
I opened up the mirror and checked the connection on the co-ax cable at the forward facing camera. Everything was all good there. I also went and test drove with the mirror bezel off and popped the coax mid-drive to simulate a loose/intermittent connection. That gave me an entirely different set of warnings than I had been getting.
So I had the car in a couple weeks ago and my tech ran the codes saying the eye tracking camera was showing internal faults. He did the alignment procedure per the TSB and it worked for the next 75 miles. Then started with the driver monitor camera faults again. So I am now awaiting a replacement eye tracking camera.

Yes, "driver monitoring fault" means a problem with the camera in the steering column, not above the rear mirror. Fixing the coax cable and realigning the ADAS camera won't help.

I had this problem pop up a few weeks ago out of the blue... only came up once and I wasn't able to use Bluecruise as a result for that trip. It hasn't appeared since.

My car is going in for the HVAC update on Monday, and a CMR software update is present for my car, so we'll see what they have to say (if anything) when they pull the error codes.

I’m not sure if the error is incorrect that’s popping up in the IPC.

My car had the driver monitor camera error at least once per drive on my daily commute until my windshield was replaced, after that I didn’t have the error until a Ford OTA… now I get the Driver Monitor Camera Fault every once in a while but bo significant frequency.. maybe every 2000 miles or so.
