This isn't an isolated issue. Anyone who's been upgraded to 3.5.3 and beyond has issues. The Ford Software team really screwed the pooch with the advanced dual phone feature, among other "upgrades".Hello, Matt! Profile switching is thoroughly broken, phone connectivity is not reliable, and since this software "upgrade", whoever enters the vehicle by way of PaaK, doesn't automatically get their phone connected to Sync, if you have another PaaK also entering the vehicle.
Tell your people to do better.
