Sigh... wasted over an hour today trying to open a case with the infamous BEV Team. Called 866-631-3788. After lengthy hold got "Jessica". Told her I needed to open a case with the BEV Team (which, it seems, she has never heard of). She put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then I got disconnected.
Called again.
Got "Noel". He put me on hold twice and supposedly transferred me to the BEV Team (and told me their number was 866-631-3788).
Got "Leisha". Asked if she was with the BEV Team. She had NO IDEA what I was talking about. Said she would transfer me.
After 5 minutes I ended up in the "Commercial Truck Center"
Sheesh. @Ford Motor Company - can you help!!!???
Called again.
