@Ford Motor Company - CAN'T reach the BEV TEAM - Horrible Service!

Sigh... wasted over an hour today trying to open a case with the infamous BEV Team. Called 866-631-3788. After lengthy hold got "Jessica". Told her I needed to open a case with the BEV Team (which, it seems, she has never heard of). She put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then I got disconnected.

Called again.

Got "Noel". He put me on hold twice and supposedly transferred me to the BEV Team (and told me their number was 866-631-3788).

Got "Leisha". Asked if she was with the BEV Team. She had NO IDEA what I was talking about. Said she would transfer me.

After 5 minutes I ended up in the "Commercial Truck Center"

Sheesh. @Ford Motor Company - can you help!!!???

Yeah their first-line call center people are very poorly trained and not very smart. They don't know how to transfer calls correctly, or else their phone system sucks. Last time I called I got transferred 5 times without ever reaching a BEV team member. Ford management, I invite you to call your 3673 hotline and see how many transfers it takes to get a BEV team member. You might be surprised.

This is called wearing a customer down in calling in the first place. I called Kia dealers on a recall repair completed at 60k and wanted to know if that recall is warranted since it happened at 100k. Three local Kia dealers all the exact answer..we will ask service and call you back. I am still waiting at 104k. And the 4k is over two years in the making. Can i hang up now?

Stop asking for BEV team, just talk to customer service if you already reached them! They are trying to help you.

@Ford Motor Company should reach out to their senior management ASAP. This is so unacceptable. This is the kind of BS that makes loyal Ford customers leave the brand.

Customer Serivce overall across all companies is worse today than it ever has been. I recently sent items back to Amazon unopened using their labels, with proof of receipt by them, and had to fight for a month for refunds. Much support is offshore and is significantly worse than US-based support. Love being called "Mr. Richard".

Why "no" ?

My "ant" got to the shop on 24th with regular high voltage error. I spent couple days talking to dealer and called customer care on 28. They opened case, aproved rental and pushed parts department.... as result part arrived yesterday, hopefully tonight or on Friday I'll get my wife car back.

O, the lady from support called my dealer to let them know that she opened case and etc.

Ha, having a dedicated phone number for BEV support would make too much sense, Ford would never do that...
It’s so wild that is who we are told to talk to but when you call the number no one knows what we’re talking about.
