Ford answered my PM. They said there was an open case(?) regarding my not getting OTA updates anymore (I'm stuck on 22-PU0706-SCH-POPA). Have some minor annoyances - seats not retaining settings, Profiles going bonkers, etc. Also, no BlueCruise (as I was waiting for that to be rolled out OTA). Nothing earth shattering - just annoying.

Ford said to work with my dealer - but they have never heard of the case number Ford referenced (CAS-325***092-Z2****) - blanked out for privacy.

No idea what these "CAS" numbers are as I never opened a case with Ford - that is what I was TRYING to do. So weird.

My dealer has graciously offered to take in my car on 11/11/2022 to see if they can get the modules updated under warranty.

Fingers crossed....

Were you ever successful in getting the car updated? What did you have to say to the dealership in order to get them to update the car?

Yes, dealer updated the car as I recall. But I’ve since moved on to a 2023 GTPE…
