Broken GPS; dealership failed to fix

My GPS has been broken for about 5 months now, I've asked for help on this forum already as well ask called Ford, all the different resets and raindances have not worked.

I recently brought the car in to the dealership, after about a week they said they fixed it, but when i got it back it's still not fixed. i kind of don't know what to do now. this is my only car and dealerships near me don't give loaners. should i try a different dealer? what other options do i have?

What do you mean GPS is broken? Do mean that navigation just doesn't show up anymore on the sync screen?

see attached, usually i'd have to blur something out so you can't figure out where i live but it looks the problem doesn't exist in this instance....

I suggest you change the vehicle listed in your Forum signature to Mach-E Seafaring Edition
