Is there anyway to tell on the United Road delivery receipt if the car has started it’s journey with them

I set up an account based on directions in earlier threads and turned on the setting so I get an email when it is picked up and delivered. Note this is not just your vehicle but all vehicles in that delivery going to the dealership you set.

Look for settings and notifications and look for “when in transit”…

I don’t understand how dealers don’t know the Options plan? I picked up my 22 from a tiny dealer, the salesperson didn’t know about the Options plan but the finance guy did. My 23 is a big volume dealer and they aren’t aware of it, impossible. Plenty of people are doing the Options plan just in this forum alone. I wonder if they don’t make as much if they process the Option as opposed to a lease or traditional financing? That would explain why they “don’t know what it is”.

I suspect something to this effect. I talked to another buyer who used the same dealership as I did and that was their story. The same dealer that initially refused to offer the Options financing until I got ahold of the regional finance rep who ended up contacting upper management at the dealership.

What is the option plan? Employee thing or California thing?

Options is balloon loan, payments like lease but you can get the tax credit. You can get info on Ford website.

FC is finally saying Port of Newark however the ETA has not updates. Still 1/8 - 1/14

The Options plan is advertised on Ford.com. Is there some aspect of NC state law that prohibits an auto loan with a balloon payment?

FC is finally saying Port of Newark however the ETA has not updates. Still 1/8 - 1/14

I think it probably has something to do with NC's title law. Very specifically NC does not allow title loans and there's probably some verbiage in that law that makes it not possible for Ford to offer it here.

Got a call from my dealer that my vehicle is ready to pickup! Headed over there this afternoon to get it finished up. Actual date of arrival was yesterday afternoon (12/26/22).
