We don’t know what is in the power up

Okay, I had to post this because it is just too funny. Received a power up today and the release notes are “We’re unable to retrieve update details now…”

In all actuality we have been very happy with our Mach-E we have a 2021 Build 2 AWD EX Premium and have been getting our software updates timely. Last update was 2.4.3 so my thought is this is 2.4.4…. In that case my feedback will be please let your Business Analysts instead of your marketing team write your release notes.

I just added my rear defrost to my climate presets under the auto start feature. My mirrors don’t have the symbol, but when I reached the car, they were warm.

The information on this ota is in your vehicle. Same happened to me yesterday and couldn’t get info on the Ford Pass app but the info showed up on the updates on the car screen.

Yup ... This happened with both 4.2.3 and 4.2.4 on my car. The Ford app couldn't pull up the details but I could find them while in the car. Seems strange that the app appears to no longer display the OTA details when it's been able to for every previous OTA. I guess this is par for the course ...
