Overall, this entire repair experience with my Mach-E GTPE has been extremely negative. The lack of communication, the service and parts delay and the failure to fix the original issue have left me feeling completely unsatisfied with the service I received from Ford.
I hope that Ford can take steps to improve their repair process and prevent these types of negative experiences from happening to their customers in the future.
I love the car, but I can't deal with the incompetence at the dealership service level. Not worth it!
