Another poor experience with the local dealership service department (CRM-42326265)

Overall, this entire repair experience with my Mach-E GTPE has been extremely negative. The lack of communication, the service and parts delay and the failure to fix the original issue have left me feeling completely unsatisfied with the service I received from Ford.

I hope that Ford can take steps to improve their repair process and prevent these types of negative experiences from happening to their customers in the future.

I love the car, but I can't deal with the incompetence at the dealership service level. Not worth it!

What's the issue, and name of the Dealership?
- None of the cameras are working. Ongoing issue.
- Ford charging cable is over heating. I have been trying
to get a new one for over a year. Back-ordered.

Save yourself some headaches and keep the FMC in the cargo area for occasional in the road use and get yourself a good aftermarket L2 EVSE. ??

Agreed on charger. Got a juicebox 40 amp plug type on 50 amp circuit. Used it this morning 32 miles in one hour. Wow....

It’s strange that I am having issues with my 2022 GTPE and my dealership service has been useless. The funny part is, it’s Autonation Ford in Mobile Alabama…seems to be a theme for them. I have had no OTA updates since January but my phone says one is ready to install. Schedule is set and still no updates. Took it in over a month ago and they said there were no updates. Checked on another board and was supplied with a picture of all the updates needed. One of them turns out to be a PCM update that is notorious for stopping OTA updates. Called them and explained how it had to be done through FDRS but they said they had to contact a field engineer supervisor to ask for direction. 2 weeks later I reached out to the GM of the dealership that insisted he would take care of it. 2 weeks later, nothing. Now they don’t even return my calls. Spent an hour on the phone with Ford today and after getting hung up on a second time I said screw it.
