Yep, that's correct. There's also an income requirement as well.

I'm referencing the end of the video posted on the thread where the host gives a thumbs up and says "Qualifies for the full federal tax rebate because it's made in the good old U S of A". My reaction was "wut?"

I have no problem with any of it and I love my Mexican Mustang... Just pointing out the glaring error in the video.

The reason for partial tax credit is due to battery content, not Assembly in Mexico.
North American final assembly allows for the half that is available.

I also have an extended range RWD Premium and can testify that 341 is very real in the summer if you don't drive it hard. But in the winter, it's nowhere close. Probably 241. If you live somewhere with lemons on the trees, as in this video, this configuration can get you great range all year round.

Our GTPE EPA 0f 260 is a combined winter summer. Avg. In summer 280 to as high as 298 and 220 to 240 in winter. 298 was a outlier and range dropped quickly. We run 3kwh at 65 and 3.5 kwh under vs our new tesla y at 5kwh under 50.

I've noticed when Mach E is driven between 40-55mile/hr we get over 5miles/kwh.

Noticed the same on the highway ~63M/hr around 3.9m/Kwh, drops to 3.3m/Kwh at higher speeds. This was on I-95 between SC and DE, just to give you an idea of the terrain.
