Thanks so much @Mach-Lee ! Actually, all I did was plug it into the FCCS (charger) last night. I hadn’t charged in a couple of days and my HV battery was hovering around 75%.
Why would my 12V battery be so low and is there anyway to see the charge level of the 12V battery without FDRS? (I actually thought about breaking down and trying to do my own updates), but then I saw the OBD2 cable alone is about $600! And I’d have to remove the frunk and buy a high-end 12V power supply and … it just feels like too expensive of a process for me to have the opportunity to brick my car ?
The car was able to charge up the 12V battery enough while HV charging was occurring. Frequent short trips or welcome lighting activation drains the 12V. Actively charging for several hours helps it recover. Note that charging ≠ plugged in (12V only charged while HV charging is active).

To monitor the 12V SoC you can buy the below Bluetooth adapter and use the Car Scanner app:

I know I'm asking for spoonfeeding here so it's making me cringe, but there's like a dozen car scanner apps on the Play store...

Do you have a recommendation for any specific app (like which one you use)?

Thanks!

Going through the same issues with trying to install an update. I make frequent short trips and don't charge very often, once a week sometimes less - I guess that makes my LVB low?
I have one of those cigarette lighter LVB testers but not sure if it's accurate. With the car on it shows about 14.6 but when I turn the car off it drops down to 12.3 or so which is about 50%.
Seems like that would be enough for an update, anyone know what the threshold is?
Why can't my $60k car maintain the low voltage battery correctly?

Plugged in to charge last night and the 4.2.6 update installed but my car charged to 100%. That's never happened before, I have it set to charge to 90% when at home. ?‍♂
