How can you tell if you have this update. The app does not keep a list of all applied updates, just the last one. I got Improved DC Fast Charging, Priority Update 23-PU0105-DC-CHG2 on May 24th.
In fordpass go to account message center. All your updates should be listed.

Many times that is not true.

@Av8tor, I think all you can do is check FP like Richard suggested. If you have a blank update, it might be this one especially if it was just before the DCFC one.

Are you in EA? I think this update might be EA only right now. I have not seen any non-EA member confirm they have received it, but maybe I missed that.

I did do the TCU breaker reset and sync reset. No change
TCU circuit breaker reset worked. I got my connectivity back. Took about 24 hours to reset.
Possible or maybe a hidden OTA ?‍♂

FYI it looks like intelligent range is actually turned on now. You may sometimes notice corrections when entering a destination in the Ford nav.

I did not get 4.2.6 update yet, but overnight and parked, my GOM range dropped from around 312 to 255. Never seen anything like that before. No idea what would have caused that. Maybe I need to reset and start over.

Apologies if someone has already posted about this.
For the past week or so my 4.2.6 update has been failing. In the past the updates would fail once or twice, but then succeed, now it's failed 6 or 7 times. Once I even did it while sitting in the car without touching anything and I got the message that something else interfered with the installation (don't recall the exact message).
Has anyone found a solution, besides going to the dealer and letting them install it ?

try this (advice from Ford): Drive around for a half-hour, then charge to 100%, then retry the install.

This worked for me after many failures including the message you referred to.

It failed over the weekend, I charged it up to 100% on yesterday and then drove home (about 1.5 miles) and it failed again last night. :(

OK, FYI the point of the charge to 100% advice is to get the car to charge for several hours to top off the 12V battery. If you start charging at 90% it may not charge for enough time.

Drive the car down to 50%, then recharge to 100%, and then try to install. That should be enough ON time. If it still fails then it's not because of the 12V battery.

Update:

took the car to the dealership, and dropped it off with the battery at 56%. Went to wait for a couple people to come in to work so I could hopefully get a loaner car. After about 90 minutes, found that the car “is charging here, but also threw a code for a bad charge port”. They are ordering parts, but didn’t have any vehicles due to the holiday weekend. I took the car back so I can go to work, and will be using a free DCFC near my house to charge it (again, hopefully) so I can get to work while waiting on parts. When I got the car back, it, after “charging here” for 90 minutes, was at 56%. So… I don’t think it actually charged there.

I’m hoping that the DC pins on the port are fine and it’s only the 240v pins that are causing the problem. I’ll know more about that this evening when I try to DCFC.
See if you can get the DTC code. I'm having issues with the port over heating but the car doesn't appear to throw me a bone (code).

If the dealer has a L2 that's weak it could well have charged a much lower power. I'm seeing mine drop down to 24amps on L2 I'd say 1/2 the time it's charging it's at 24amps now. It appears the WallConnector sees a lower power request from the MME and drops accordingly. I have re-set it up to 40amps so it does it's 20 minutes at 40amps then drops to 32, or 24 for 5, then back and forth for the entire charge. My 11yr old FFE is fine at 40 it's whole charge.

Thanks for the advice. We have a trip planned next week, so should go through the cycle at least once. Otherwise I plan to go to the dealer soon to get my second FOB and I'll ask them to try.

Yours is failing because your 12V battery is only about 20% SoC (which is another problem you should fix). Looks like you don't drive much? You need to leave the car on or charge it for about 3 hours immediately before starting the update.
I got 4.2.6, I use 2PD, and I can appreciate the brake difference, esp the final part of the braking is much smoother.
