Yes, even though some of us have the half-a workaround implemented, Ford still needs to get their act together and deploy the proper implementation, including FordPass!

Just a reminder to @Ford Motor Company that you still have a lot of Loyal, beta tester, job 1 Mach-Es that are still missing the remote FRUNK release. Seems like you have the ota thing down now so push that FRUNK OTA!!!!
Early adopters are f*cked ;)
Especially here in Europe.
Didn't see ANY updates the last 8 month.
Still on 2.7.4 or so.

Yes, exactly... ? For everyone who has working updates, January was last update 3.5.2.1 and even then was expected "big things coming soon"... I wish there is massive update coming anytime now.... ? Maybe the same IPC as F150 lightning has.

Maybe it is time to confront Ford with EU consumer laws. (one of the strictest in the world with extended consumer-rights tailored to German citizens) As a company you can/will be held accountable if you break promises. (which they definitely did ; their OTA promise at launch) Maybe a German consumer organization can file a complaint and class action with this in mind.

It’s not happening. Not now, not ever. Jim Farley has stated several times the feature would be coming by (insert date here), yet it’s never showed up. Ford’s actions speaks loud and clear, they couldn’t possibly care less about the frunks on job 1 cars. We bought the cars with a manual release, that’s the way it’s going to stay.

It’s standard on every Mach-e except job 1 cars. Every. Single. One.
To add to that. Remote trunk and hatch releases have been a thing for 20+ years. Not hard disable activation if the vehicle is in motion or not in park.
