I'm not having a wonderful time with my dealer but it doesn't hold a candle to what you are going through.
I had to wait a month for them to get the extra key fob as well as another part. She's in today...
In the defense of a dealer (and I do hate to say this but experience...) When they find issues they can't diagnose, they have to call the Manufacturer. I had a 2014 (miss you bee) Camaro SS that was subject to the key recall so I could not take delivery (by 1 day). I got new keys and didn't even make it home when all of the warning lights went off. Drove back to the dealer. The next day they said it was ready after updating the ABS sensor. I told them it wasn't the issue because I put 50 miles on the car during a test drive. I said it was the new key. Believe me, they did not.
We did this dance 3 times until I grabbed the manager and my salesman and asked if they drove the car 7 miles like I instructed. Nope, they admitted to not listening to me. Once again, I told them it was a key issue. They then after a freaking week, called GM and GM had reports of the chips in the new keys being 2mm to far away from the ignition sensor. It took 3 more days to get a new key that was correct.
My point is dealers just don't care. At least this has been my experience. We get a ton of BS from our Toyota dealer with my wife's 2018 Prius. I have to call them or walk in to make it stop because they see her and go ohhhhhhhh, what can we charge her for. Hey, you need 2 new tires. Uh, no. Not at 5/32's on a PRIUS. (We have snow tires as well)
