I wish I knew how it happened so I could tell everyone what to do. Other than continually whining (and yes, a lot was in jest) here, I didn’t do anything. I didn’t ask my dealer to do anything (other than the module updates a couple of months ago), and I never had any contact with Ford on the issue. As I said, one day PAAK was being recalcitrant, so I opened FordPass on my phone, and there it was.Jim, at 1st I didn't see it was you that posted; so my initial thought was .... "It's not April 1st"; but alas it is you!!! So now the question: How do I get this done. I've been reading the thread and understand you had the dealer install something prior. Can you give me the "terminology" so I can ask my dealer to get this done. Thanks, and I'm still in shock!!!
