Walter Isaacson has a new book on Musk coming out on Tuesday. He's been all over promoting it. Here's an excerpt from Saturday's WSJ (free link).

Walter Isaacson has written a number of very good biographies. Steve Jobs, Kissinger, Einstein, Da Vinci. I suspect it's a very good book. The question is whether you give a crap about Musk.

I'll probably request the eBook from my library just to read it and laugh.

Hopefully better than his Steve Jobs biography.
I'm a total Mac fanboy - got my first Mac in 1984. Was part of the local Mac user group, before there was an internet. I worked at an Apple project (before they sold us off). Steve Jobs was on my radar.

I made it about a quarter way through that book before I gave up. He had so many mistakes I lost count.

I really choose not to assign a single brain cell to that moron.
And yet you take the time to post a comment instead of scrolling on by. Man, I love all the Elon Musk hate, entertaining as just about anything on this forum! ?

The 11 kids and not even married part really impressed me?
I think in his mind, he's doing the world a favor by spreading his genes. I don't think he sees himself as a Dad, at least in the traditional sense.

It was a little too dry for me as well - perhaps too long?

Some of these non-fiction books would do better in the 100-150 page range, more than a 30 page extended read magazine spread, but also not a 300-500 page tome. Non-fiction is often not that interesting to go so long, at least for me.
