Don’t know how the legal system works in the US but in the UK there’s a trivial matter of evidence to be considered.
If you are to be called a liar and a fraud then Remote Desktop review of just photographic evidence is not best evidence which surely must be essential to mount such a defence.
The car and so the evidence was available for physical examination and analysis so there’s no excuse for not having the car physically examined if they need to satisfy themselves you are a liar & fraudster?
An impact with a soft goose body will produce entirely different damage and contact marks than a hard kerb could do and that should be obvious if they got off their lazy arses and investigated properly?
Good luck with your claim.
