Modem issue?

- No wifi networks even after refresh which glitches when pressed
- No iOS app refresh for 3 days now
- No Software updates, just non stop spinning ...getting the latest software update status
- Blue Cruise stopped worki

- DO I NEED A FACTORY RESET OR FUSE PULL?

- IS MY MODEM BAD?

Have you checked that your Connected Services are turned on? An update turned them off for many of us a little while back.

My screen does not look like that....Connected Vehicle Features arrow does not drop down the list yours shows.

I had this problem after one of the updates, but the dropdown items showed up after a little while. Services had been turned off, but I could then turn them back on.

I did not need to reset the vehicle to make it happen.

EDIT: when I say "a little while" I mean after I was driving the vehicle for a few miles. The little arrows icon appeared in the upper right hand corner of the screen near the temperature, etc, and I found I could then go in and fix it when I parked.

I believe this happened after the 6.3 update I received about a week ago. I'll have to go to the dealer on Monday. Hope this isn't how it will go in the future. Great car but several little quirks already besides this.
