Considering that I’ve never DC charged in over 2 years of ownership and only been below 50% charge once (was like 45%), not really a concern for me.

So my frequency of charge would be identical.

I think the obsession with range is a bit overrated.

The EV “range people” used to drive Prius’ (not that there is anything wrong with that). This isn’t the target audience of the Macan EV.

About 15 minutes to get to 70 some percent - which means another 200 some miles.
Not bad at all!

Maybe the Macan EV is the one to get! Kyle was able to get 323 miles highway driving with 1% charge remaining on a pre-production base trim vehicle.

Out of Spec had a charging video about Macan a few weeks ago and it was pretty impressive. Spec sheet showed 22 minutes to go 10-80% which probably means it’s actually a bit quicker (classic Porsche underselling).

I'm glad Porsche is under-promising and over-delivering with their EVs! And more importantly, they've retained buttons and physical switchgear for the Macan EV's interior.

I most likely will end up with 1 but learning from the MME, I will let them work out the kinks for a year or two

Comes down to cost, but word is that it's going to be a 20k premium on the ICE Macan. So we're looking at 80k+to start, likely 100k after some options.
