Updates to latest 39.6.3 all DTCs cleared minus IPMA (I believe my coax cable needs replacing but TSB 23-2137 was introduced after I crossed 36k miles so bluecruise has been inoperable ever since)

I'd try the BECM or the SOBDM now (either one doesn't matter). You'll get a notification that multiple modules will be programmed and it might even look like modules like the PCM, SOBDMB, SOBDMC etc. are getting programmed as well...they aren't..it's just going through the scripted motions. When FDRS figures out that those modules don't need any updates it just moves on to the next powertrain module until they're all done.

If you're going to do the BCM a couple of notes...it will likely want you to do the TPMS update as well. You can ignore that and the BCM will go back to using the same TPMS tire locations it had in memory before the update. Also BCM programming can cause a SOBDMC error that can be cleared by doing an "on demand" self-test afterward.

Re: the camera coax cable - there's a good thread somewhere here about checking alignment of the coax right inside the black trim piece above the center rear mirror. Many appear to not have been correctly routed, including mine when I checked a year ago, resulting in errors. I believe the thread author was Mach-Lee. If / when you get a new cable, or now with the current cable, this is the place to check first. Good Luck!
Good News!!!

I rerouted the cable to the correct orientation many months ago no help.

I just ran the IPMA - Reset the Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Learned Values application in the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). Then ran the IPMA - Image Processing Module A (IPMA) Alignment application immediately after and bluecruise is finally back.

I now have a new DTC

IPMA - B1578 : 78 : 2F

I got BECM and SOBDM to take after several fails. BCM update completed and ignored the TPMS update.
Reran my DTCs still only IPMA -B1578 : 78 : 2F
Finally took care of PSCM

now I have no more updates and just that one IPMA DTC Listed above. Tried doing the associated TSB 23-2021 but that disabled blue cruise so I re did the IPMA module A config and got blue cruise back.
Not sure what to do with the remaining g DTC or if it’s even worth trying to get rid of…

Did you run the 360° camera alignment? You have to drive around a parking lot over lines.

'22 and '23 are showing up with a new BCM update this morning. Most of the '21 models I checked do not have this update in their list unless it's a car that never got the previous BCM/GFM update combo (frunk fix). That doesn't mean that '21 models won't get a new BCM update soon, it's just that most of them are not showing up with it this morning.

In my 2021 it has appeared today.

21 BCM appeared for me on Friday. Curious if this is for the tesla charger handshake. Given that OTAs have started back up, wouldn't be surprised to hear this becomes a powerup that gets pushed soon.

I would think we'd be more likely to see that in an OBCC update, not BCM.

Although I didn't experience login failures with .2, I have learned to remove user data on every new update due to previous issues.

.3 is working fine, and logins do take a second to process but work reliably.

I hadn't done that one yet...and now this morning a new gateway showed up.

I like the USB ones...they're easy. No powersupply required.

Hmmm, there was no GWM for me, even after a clear DTC and network scan....but I am in the UK where we tend to not get cool things....
