On our trip to Death Valley, I played "I spy" looking for different EVs.

On the highways:
Every fifth car seems to be a Tesla
A lot of Mustangs
A few F-150 Lightnings
A few Leafs
A few Bolts
A Hummer, but it was on a tow truck
A few Rivians
A lot of Hyundais and Kias.
A few VWs
An Audi
A Lexus
A BMW
A Volvo
A Nissan Ariya

In Death Valley itself:
A Nissan Leaf (late model). If you have range anxiety, this family of four taking their Leaf to Death Valley probably won't assuage it, but I was certainly impressed.
A few Rivian R1Ss
A few Rivian R1Ts
A couple of VWs
Many Hyundais
Many Kias
So many Mustangs
Some F-150 Lightnings
The Teslas have just kind of faded into the noise of other cars for me, but they're out here too.

The charging stations in DV itself are woefully insufficient. At Furnace Creek, there are two Blink pedestals with two 9 kW ports each. One port was offline. I didn't investigate the other Blink location, but PlugShare comments suggest a similar situation. The Blink chargers are currently free but there were a lot of waiting EVs.

EDIT:
There are quite a few camp spots with 50A service (~9 kW). The cost for those is $36/night. But it's a reserved spot and it's still cheaper than a tank of gas out here ($5.99/gallon, which is the cheapest I've ever seen it in DV).

We were (virtually) yelled at by the anti-EV luddites at the campground. Apparently their electrical system doesn't meet code and so a draw of 32A on their 50A circuits is just too much for them. After seeing the fine print in their reservation agreement, we decided just to use the Blink charger. We'll remember not to camp there next time we visit DV.

I'm lucky to see even one other EV in my daily drive here. There are a half-dozen Teslas in town that I see regularly; 2 or 3 other MMEs that I hardly ever see; 1 Lightning, and I've seen one Rivian, one Volt, and one Bolt on a few occasions.

Around town I see a couple of Mustangs, a couple of Rivians, a bunch of Teslas, several VWs, and a smattering of others.

On road trips, I get to meet all kinds of EVs and their drivers.

IIRC the NPS was going to install a bunch of L2 chargers in DV. Has that not happened?

I wonder if any EVs have made it to (or stranded at) the Racetrack ?.
Not that I am aware of. I think I'd try it in the Mustang after getting an overnight charge to 100% at a campsite with an electric hookup. It's not that far and I've been on rougher roads. But my partner doesn't like that idea. We probably have to wait until we get an EV pickup.

This Rivian owner seems not too have tried it.

Not that I know of.
From what I can gather, there are a total of four Blink pedestals with two plugs each.

In Florida, EVs are everywhere.

A bunch of Rivian owners met up this past weekend (even though it rained for 48 hours). 62 cars signed up but with the soaking weather half bailed.

There are some of those-sized gatherings in various areas in the southwest. I've never been--they're always when I'm busy or camping or whatever...

That in itself wouldn't make them "anti-EV luddites", unless you have other evidence of it. Sounds like they just don't want their breakers being blown.
