Same here. The link takes me to the connected services page. There is no "card" that relates to ordering an adapter. Every card says "gathering data" and the button at the bottom of each one is not clickable yet.

So that positive ordering experience for everyone only lasted about 1.5 hours.

To get the estimated date, just click the Check Status on your confirmation email.

You're in the right page. It takes a while to load. A banner will show up in the top to reserve the adapter.

Once the data is gathered, an additional panel shows up ABOVE the others with the link to reserve. That's how it worked for me.
