Finally got the order through. Looks like ford is no longer providing the order number or ETA. I got a generic statement "Demand is very high, but we are working to get your no-cost adapter to you as soon as possible. When available, it will ship to:"

Finally, got it ordered after 15 to 20 minutes of trying. Also the email came pretty fast after submitting the order.

Just got one of my two vehicles through with order #4038, but no timeframe provided.

"Your Fast Charging Adapter is currently in production. While demand has been very high, supplies are currently limited. We’re working hard to stock as many as we can, as fast as we can. We will send you a follow-up email as soon as your adapter is ready to ship."

For the second one, I'm now getting repeated errors when accessing the site.

34 min later, I was finally able to get through via the FordPass App to place the second order - #4507.

Note - both of mine finally went through on mobile as the web browser never worked for me.
