Seems like no company on planet earth can handle surging demand that they create / know about. Have no idea why this isn't something they can plan for. Or better yet, why not just show in your connected services that its already reserved since we get one free per VIN?

Finally got my adapter. #125598 and looks like Ford is only producing 125590 for free. $230 and estimated ship date is March 2025.

I finally made it to the reservation page. Now the something went wrong pops up every time I hit the reserve button lol.
Did anyone else notice they lost it as a $230 adapter for those that will have to buy it in the future?

Same for me. I hit reserve a few times via the app with the same error then the app finally crashed. However less than 10 minutes after hitting reserve I got an e-mail from Ford with a order confirmation...

FAE:90004243 with no estimated ship date.
