I am at the dealer and picking up my car and it is asking for a driver id?

It’s asking you to set up a profile. This is used to set preferences based on who is driving. The sales person should have explained this. II’s also going to want you to set up an online account using FordPass and to access connected featyou need yo do this.

It is NOT asking me for a profile, I have that set up. It is asking for a driver id. It never did that before, and I have had it for almost 3 years.

If you’re picking it up from the dealer and you’ve owned it for 3 years, I’m guessing you had it worked on? You need to ask the dealer what they did to the car.

This is a feature that is used for Fleet vehicles. The dealer needs to get that fixed.

Had this before after an OTA gone bad. You are in fleet mode and you need them to program it so you are not.
