2024 Mach-E GT Order Production Email

I received my email from Ford. My GT Rally is scheduled for the week of May 6th. I can't wait.

Crazy that you can order, get a build date……and still not have details on what you’re buying.

Simple stuff like “how much horsepower does it have?”

Order Guides have been out on the GT since 1/18. I did a video going over the GT including the Rally. Rally information is at 30:26 timestamp.


I also did a walk around on it at the Chicago Auto Show last month.

The order guide is vague. Folks are looking for performance figures (0-60, 1/4, charge time, etc.) and details on the "performance upgrade" (hardware? software only? if software, available post-sale?)

Order banks opened back in November for Select and Premium. Order Guides were available on 11/2/23. GT became available on 1/18/24. Ford doesn't have it on their website yet but dealers can order them. We have build and price on our website. We don't have images to see what it will look like but all the options and packages are on there with prices. www.long-mcarthur.com

I really want to see the white rally wheels on my vapor blue GT. I'm sure they'd be one of the 19" sets that do NOT fit the Performance Edition brakes... but still. There is a serious lack of white wheels.

Agreed, they haven't really provided the numbers. I think it is a software to open it up from what I've been told by some people that work with the Ford Performance team. That is probably why Magneride is standard on GT. Maybe Ford Performance will provide a software upgrade post sale but I wouldn't hold my breath.

I’ve seen the order guide, but it’s far from public.

And still doesn’t answer those two basic questions:

How much horsepower and tq does it have?

What is the performance upgrade?

Again, super odd that you can order one without knowing what you’re buying.

Also odd that it seems like a well kept secret that you can order a 2024 GT and Rally. Ford certainly isn’t advertising that fact. They just say “coming soon” and the only thing you can do with the Rally on Ford.com is to sign up to get email updates.

They have the rally for sale, you can order one, but don’t even mention that fact nor details on the website?

It’s almost as if they DONT want to sell them……

Not sure what lease and retail rates will be yet. I will be able to use my order date incentives or the incentives when it comes in. The MSRP price for a GT Rally is $65k. GT starts at $60k.

There may be software involved but I am fairly sure there is an upgraded motor involved too.

The Rally has the same front brakes as the GT-PE, so the wheels fit. They’re kind of narrow, so you will be limited in the rubber you can put on them.
