Yeah it's the APIM update which now resets my 2022 Mach E's drive mode back to ENGAGE every 200 feet up to 2 miles of driving

There was a BCM update that started showing up a few weeks ago, and the cars that have done that already, are not showing this APIM today. It could be something else, that is just the commonality I'm seeing so far.

Mine has had an RFA, DSP, and BCM available lately.

My car shows the APIM because I didn't do any of those 3 updates.

2 other cars that did the BCM a few weeks back, do NOT show the APIM today.

Might show up tomorrow.....or as you suggest there might be a dependency requirement based on whatever they haven't updated yet....

Please check mine for the APIM. I did do the BCM, RFA and DSP Saturday.

No change from unbridle on my trip this morning.

I would suggest a redo (Config or PMI ) to see if that sorts your car out.

I did the BCM update on February 22 and the APIM update showed up for me. I did the RFA, DSP, and APIM update today.

Unfortunately doing your own updates eliminates the scant information given with OTA updates. I am assuming I installed 24-PU0121-FTDI-FX with a BCM update on 02/22/2024 and GFM update on 11/23/2023 according to the 24-PU0121-FTDI-FX thread. It is good that the battery management is improved and the remote start bug is fixed.

I got temped by the allure of the new APIM update and got another month of FDRS. Only thing that has popped up for my 23 regular GT is the new DSP update from above, no APIM as of today.

So far, its been not showing up randomly on 2021 and 2023 cars from what I'm seeing. Not sure why.
