Why won't the dealer do the updates? Thank you so much!

As @Robob mentioned above: Ford does not pay dealers to perform module updates even under warranty unless there is a recall or issue associated with the update(s). Nobody likes to work for free. If you want to try and negotiate that as part of the terms of sale, you are welcome to try. But seeing as the dealer invoice is higher than the MSRP when it comes to Ford EV's, that is going to be a tough pill for the dealer to swallow. That list of updates there would take a tech all day to do.

Hello everyone...a few weeks ago, i received a notification for a Tesla Supercharger Network update for my 2023 GTPE. For some reason it vanished after that and I cant seem to find if it was installed or not. The phone app shows the most recent update as "23-PU1113-UNX-DC". Its weird that it says in @rugedraw PTS that GWM was installed. But maybe a new version dropped since then.

I hope you don't mind me asking. I'm a new owner as of a week ago and was curious if it had received any updates prior to my taking ownership, and if any are still pending?

I know it installed 1 or 2 smaller connectivity updates yesterday at home but that's all I've seen.

I called ford in technology specialist about delears can install updates as free of charge, they also confirmed ford don't pay for software updates, only they pay for any recall, service releated issues.
It's mostly dependent on delear, for me delear installed all updates, for them it took 2 days. Just check with them whether they can do it or not!

Hey guys.....I will be going on a cruise tomorrow and do not return until 3/31. You guys are well covered with FDRS VIN checks, but as far as PTS goes, anyone else with access will have lend a hand. If I don't respond to PM's, this is the reason why.
