As @Robob mentioned above: Ford does not pay dealers to perform module updates even under warranty unless there is a recall or issue associated with the update(s). Nobody likes to work for free. If you want to try and negotiate that as part of the terms of sale, you are welcome to try. But seeing as the dealer invoice is higher than the MSRP when it comes to Ford EV's, that is going to be a tough pill for the dealer to swallow. That list of updates there would take a tech all day to do.Why won't the dealer do the updates? Thank you so much!
