New FordPass app? Not sure how I feel.

Unfortunately I cannot try it because my MME is at the dealership for 3 weeks following a HVBJB failure ? ? and waiting for the parts….

Looks nice, i hardly ever use the Ford Pass app though. My fob does eveything quicker. I do use it now and then to set up a remote start or departure time.

You mean like this? Very happy to see a redesign of this app coming, but I've wondered why they can't just give up and copy Tesla. We really would be better off. I know that will piss a few people off, but it really is just intuitive and makes sense.

I noticed the PSI button. Why not just show the damn number on that same screen. Lots of room next to each tire. ??‍

I don't care for the huge climate start button on the homescreen which I have already accidentally pressed.

2nd. On my F150 it's a slide to start function, they should do the same for the MME. It's remote start renamed climate. They should allow the slide function just like ICE. I too hit it the first time -- slide is MUCH better.

I like that there is a Climate button on the new app. Unfortunately, I am still on the old app and haven't gotten the invite to join the beta yet. For those that don't know there is a setting that you can toggle for the Remote Start Climate. It can be Auto or Last setting. I believe I have mine set to Auto so that it will know to use a Cooler Setting in the summertime and a warmer setting in winter.

Been in the beta since they release the Android version. Got the latest update (3/15) when it was pushed to the Play store and it crashes when I start it. I have rebooted the phone, stopped the app and cleared cache. Still crashes. If I clear data, will I have to reset PAAK?

1. Whether it's locked or unlocked status
2. Inside cabin temperature
3. Any doors/windows are open or closed status
Are these available in the new app ?
